Shipping and Return
Shipping
All orders are shipped from St. Paul, Minnesota via USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses or internationally.
Orders are accepted 24/7 and processed in the order received. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, with priority shipping available in 1–2 business days depending on your location.
Orders with a shipping address that differs from the billing address may be subject to a brief review. We'll contact you if this applies — it may slightly delay your shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, please take the following steps first:
- Check with neighbors and any usual delivery spots (porch, mailbox, garage)
- Wait 24–48 hours — USPS occasionally pre-scans packages before actual delivery
- File a missing mail report directly with USPS at missingmail.usps.com
If your package is still missing after those steps, please contact us with your order number. We'll open an inquiry with USPS on your behalf. As a goodwill gesture, we will reship or refund your order once per customer for packages that USPS confirms as lost or that remain undelivered after the steps above.
Please note: we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to an error in the shipping information provided at checkout, or for packages lost or stolen when shipped to a third-party carrier or courier.
Damaged Packages
Damaged packages are rare — we pack every order carefully. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We handle damage claims case by case and will file a carrier claim on your behalf. If the damage was on our end, we'll reship at no charge.
Returns
We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is the result of our error — you received an incorrect or defective item — we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow up to four weeks for your refund to process. This includes transit time (5–10 business days), processing on our end (3–5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5–10 business days). Many refunds arrive sooner.
