Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and details about the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include your tracking number when shipping your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover return shipping only if the return is the result of our error — for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used items (hygiene)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us via our contact page Contact page.
